 The Panda Reading Challenge is our reading incentive program in grade 2-5.  The Panda Reading Challenge requirements per grade:

Read at least two non-fiction books and earn at least an70% on their AR tests. Read and finish at least five chapter books and earn at least a 70% correct on their AR tests. Read at least 20 minutes at home Sundays through Thursdays (5xwk)—sign a reading contract with your grown-ups to commit to this reading. 2nd quarter: read a book in the mystery genre! Each student set a point goal with their teacher.  Students keep a copy/log of their Panda Reading Challenge at school to track their progress.
